today was the first day that i actually went out and cut some firewood for next yrs winter. i rather enjoyed myself. put that wild thing chainsaw to work. managed to load up 2 pickup loads worth and still have at least 2 more out of this tree then it's on to the next one. :D hard work but it was relaxing.
after i got that done....i managed to do alittle work on the van. the air shocks seemed to be working alot harder at staying up. the compressor is always running it seem. did alittle looking around and found out the an air line had very badly dry rotted, so off to the auto parts store for a new hose. got that fixed and decided to look at the wiring hookup for the trailer. it didn't work the last time we pulled the trailer in the dark coming home from wender's house. everything checked out when i turned on the parking lights and stuff. so i figured it must be on the trailer. will check that out tomorrow. went out later to roll up the windows and saw that the parking lights were still on the van.....DOH! you guessed it....dead battery. crap
